Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind return requests within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

To assist with your claim, we may request:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 3–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
